Tuesday- fast finish (warmup, low effort (HRZ2), high effort to finish
Wednesday – low effort 45 minutes
Thursday – warmup then HRZ2 for 35 minutes, cool down
Friday – hills for 45 minutes including warmup and cool down
Saturday – low effort 45 minutes
Sunday – long run – at least 10 miles at low/moderate effort
