Thanks @runnersworlduk for the #ultrarunning guide. Some really good stuff in there 😁. Even if you have done a few ultras already 👍
First #trails since #RTTT last Saturday. Gorgeous start to the weekend but some of those trails could do with a pedicure that’s for sure 😂😂
Well July is here so half of #2022 is done and dusted 😱
It’s not the Cotswold way from the weekend, but mid run view is still pretty gorgeous. 8-miles today as recovery from #rttt continues. Slipped in a bit of tempo work as well just to get things going a bit.
Ok. So not long to go until my next challenge
That’s the moment you realise it has all been worth it.
