That feeling when you get home to your family after running the hardest race of your life.
This is a special #medalmonday and one that I have waited so long for.
This took a real effort to win today.

A little explore this morning checking out the Minack steps, Lamorna and St Ives. Weather looking amazing right now and around the (and at Porthtowan where I’m staying) the ground looks pretty good.
