Treadmill miles are not meant to be enjoyable. At least that’s my view.
#medamonday and why not. First of 2022 and hopefully many more to come.
@extremeenergyuk thanks for a fab day. Brilliant route over the stunning North Downs. A few hills and the occasional step or hundred 🤣🤣. Really enjoyed pushing myself on those hills until the legs started to whinge.
That’s Friday done which can only mean the next run is the Pilgrims Challenge day 1 with XNRG Multi-day endurance events.
Keeping the recovery week consistent with another gentle 5Km. Added in some yoga and a bit of time bonding with my kettlebell - so I think I can class that as a good morning 😊
