Back out today with my first run after the weekends 100. All systems operational thankfully. So a gentle weekend then into training for the next major challenge.

Been having a quiet recovery week and it’s been great. Feeling really good after #robinhood100. Next up is the #bournemouthhalfmarathon in 23 days

#robinhood100 #hobopace what a weekend. My first 100 miler. My first run over 62 miles. My first night run … the list goes on.
