Final push before taper in week 10. As ever challenges of family life made sticking to the plan difficult but I made it through without too many changes!
Normally a rest day but with the long run missed at the weekend I was playing catch-up. Gentle easy run.
Weather awful and suffering with a mild cold so opted for indoor this morning. Have the treadmill and early morning surprise!
Achievements:it’s a treadmill. Surviving it is an achievement!!
Steady state run. Extended distance (in this case 6 miles) at or about the race pace. Aim was 4:30/Km but managed a bit quicker 😀
Short easy one before work
Fast finish long run. After a long day headed out about 9pm. Got a good progressive pace though finishing quickly as intended
