should have been long run day, but the youngest child was a nightmare last night and nobody got sleep. So long run dropped to allow the wife to have a lay in. I got out for a short run with my eldest son as he’s interested in getting in to running so hopefully there’s a lot more of these runs to come 👍

A short running week. So close to the HM that’s not ideal. Would have like to have had my long run but sometimes things don’t or can’t work out. I’ll add a bit more next week but not too much as it’ll be getting close to race day and I need to avoid overdoing it and being knackered on the day 🤔
